The hotel's rooms may show signs of age, such as some cracks in the Vanity Top and Bath Tab, but they provided a warm refuge in the cold February weather. Its close proximity to the stadium, just 500 meters away, was convenient. However, improvements in sound isolation between rooms are needed.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the town on foot, visiting the Musée de Beaux Arts, and even attending a French Ligue One football match without needing to drive, thanks to the secure car park. It was also a short walk away from shops and restaurants.
